And now... episode bloopers from Katie "The Continuity Queen"

1. Ok, I wanna hear about her night with the octopus from Interpol and then the wrath she took out on Lee because of him. Sounds hilarious.

2. Gee, Lee telling her one thing to get her do something and then telling her the truth right before. Seems so out of character for him. He’s usually so straight forward with her. Yah. Probably why he is not all that surprised when she tells him you owe me big for this one. Still like his face... like he didn't expect her to play the payback game. And how he tries to use pensions as the selling point.

3. Why does she think her and James have met? Does he look like someone she knows? How long do you think they have been at the restaurant? She ordered wine but now has coffee.

4. Love how she grabs his sherry (is that right?) glass to be all sophisticated. Is she really that starved for attention? She acts amazed when he asks for her help. I think we need to talk to Lee and tell him to start being more appreciative and asking for her help. Maybe then she wouldn't get so engrossed here.

5. Always find it fascinating on TV shows when things fall so in place. Take for example how James' guy just happens to be the guy Lee is now supposed to be watching/protecting/investigating. (What is he supposed to be doing with the file? I forget.)

6. Someone? Where does the Pax scene fall? I remember James throwing his hat at the coat tree and he either missing it a couple of times and then making it or just him making it first time. The look of amazement Amanda has is hilarious.

7. Now how did James attract the Muttley sisters? Love Lee's looks to Amanda. Is this guy for real? Sorry.

8. I thought he dropped the camera and ran. How did he get the photos? Pretty impressive shots for such a little camera with no flash until it's dropped.

9. Roger that. We have a confirm on the elevator's placements. Check when discussing Dr. Pain. We have a visual behind both sets of people (Amanda and James/Lee and Fran). Mission accomplished. Head for base.

10. That’s some elaborate set-up. The sugar, the lamp, the gas. What if the guy had an electric oven?

11. AHHHH!!! LEE!!! Whew! He’s ok, he's coming out. That was close. Just how do they come out not injured? If the windows blew then the door did too. They were standing right outside. Is it just me or does she not seem that upset, before they come out? For all she knew Lee was just killed. Love how she runs over to help them across the street.

12. Our couple must have forgot to spray their clothes with their anti-scruff stuff this morning. Usually their clothes make it out of all kinds of situations without a mark (i.e. wedding dress), but today not so lucky. His suit at the explosion and her pink pantsuit later both suffer. At least it's realistic (for TV).

13. Hey Billy. Watch those remarks about accountants. I'll have you know I am very imaginative. And I'm sure my fellow gutter-rats will confirm that for me. Right guys? Guys?

14. Not sure I like this scene. Not sure if I'm gonna say this right either, but I'll give her a try. They make James and Amanda sound/look like little kids waiting for the adults to grant them a treat. What gets me the most is how Lee says- Billy, I'd kinda like them along. I know he's doing it cause he sees Amanda’s disappointment when Billy says they're out and he really does want their help, but it's just how it's said I guess. And then also how Amanda is practically jumping up and down giddy with appreciation. I know they are only trainees/wannabes and need supervisor permission, but still I think it's written poorly. Does any of this make sense?

15. Man is James lucky. He should know better than to mess with the neck and spinal cord. He’s lucky he didn't paralyze himself or Dr. Pain by way of Lee. Stanley could sue if he had damage. Love Lee's looks of exasperation to Amanda. LOL

16. So how did the magic ink get on the sweatshirt? Did Phillip do it in an attempt to make his brother disappear? Or did Jamie do it because he thought he'd disappear (I thought he was the smart one)? Sounds like both the way they are arguing.

17. I really like this outfit on her. She looks so good in pink too. One thing to say to Fran here: Shut up. Amanda’s face when Fran says her thing is too funny. And later when she tells Lee to have a good time with Fran (can just hear his yeah), love her little headshake humph sound. Someday...

18. Did James ship his car over to the states? Why? Isn’t that expensive? How come it looks like he has Maryland plates then? If it's not MD then at the least it's not European plates. They are long and don't have pictures on them.

19. Way to think on your feet. Even 2 highly trained agents couldn't think of anything. And nice blood curdling scream. Catches Lee and Fran totally off guard and probably freaks Lee out for a second (until he realizes what she's doing). Good girl.

20. Ah! The fish is back on the wall in Billy’s office. Up, down, up, down. Maybe he feels the coast is clear from Congresswoman Faber. Wait a sec. Why isn't Lee in a tux? I think if James is then so should he. I'd much prefer to see him in a tux than James. Actually, why is he in a tux? It's just an afternoon garden party. A bit formal don't you think. Gotta find out the place where he gets his film developed. Didn’t they just come from the party?

21. Where and when did she get the station wagon? James picked her up in the crazy car. They haven't gone anywhere besides the party and the agency, certainly not back to her place.

22. She’s got some pretty quick reflexes there. Although I think if this had been real time she would've reacted too slow to push him out of the way. Think about it. Unless this is a deceptively long block the car was well on its way before she even saw it. And she still had to get out of the seatbelt, the door, run to him and push him across the street. SMKtime.

23. Did she mention the car was burning rubber pretty good? If she did then how can there be any doubt in Lee's mind the car was aiming for him? You know she's right too about the note. Doesn’t it seem awfully convenient that it just showed up? Why don't the top spies see this? They should really focus more on the little stuff.

24. Do you think the research guy at the Library of Congress Lee refers to it TP? Could be, he worked for somewhere like that. Just think, right now TP is just starting to work for Raymond as Persey the Professor. (You'll understand later if you’re a newbie to the show). Just a way to connect the seasons for you. :)

25. Way to go big fella. Love her smile and arm punch. That is K.J. No doubt in my mind. Her tailing skills must be improving. She stands around talking while James is driving off. Doesn’t seem worried at all of losing him. She must have known where he was going cause James had been talking to Dottie for awhile before Amanda shows up. Unless he drove a straight line the whole way there is no way she could be that far behind him and still be tailing him. I bet she's freaking about what he might be saying to Dottie. She certainly is when she joins them. See her look to mom when he mentions Lee?

26. When I left the agency I picked up Clayton… when was this? Last we saw him he was at the hotel. After he snuck off from them did he go back to the agency and then her place? I thought she was following him? Did she not see this meeting? Logic guy- did you forget something here? Like he never went back to the agency? Sheesh.

27. Oh my, my, my, my. Allow me to paint the picture. Lee (That's enough right there). Karate outfit (nice and snug). Open collar (yeah). Rustled hair (come on). Sweaty (That's it). Oh baby. *eyes closed, head turned sideways, hand running length of neck* Breathe. Give me a sec. Can I paint or what?

28. So Amanda can't leave a message, but can get through to the training room? This phone system will never make sense to me. Love his look of amazement that the phone is for him. Even takes him a sec to register that fact. And his face as Stanley walks way is priceless.

29. Where’s he been looking for her? He go to her usual haunts or something? That would be what? The grocery store? I thought he was in with Stanley the whole time anyway. He leaves her saying he has to go and then she finds him there. Says to me he's been there the entire time. Logic guy... hope he heard James yelling about going to the estate cause all Amanda says is to meet them there.

30. Never understood this. How does James end up falling straight at her when he trips? Wouldn’t that mean he was coming at her? Shouldn’t he be going a different direction? Confuses me (like that's hard). That Russian lady must have one strong foot to crush the recorder. I could see if she used her heel, but she uses the ball of her foot.

31. And with just a wee bit of gear grinding she's off. I see we've finally learned how to drive a stick. Congrats. Lee must have gotten tired of her grinding his gears and taught her. Isn’t there a fanfic about that? That would make for an interesting afternoon or time period, her driving lessons.

32. And my don't they both handle the cars amazingly well? She does an excellent job of getting in front of the limo and then swerving them off. And his spin reverse is very impressive.

33. Why is that Russian lady out? All Amanda did was trip her and hit her with the briefcase on the back. I could see her going down, but she should be able to get right back up. Guess Amanda’s just stronger than she looks.

34. Oh, nice sweater. Actually had to rewatch the scene a couple of times because I forgot to watch for other issues. I was just focusing on the sweater. Notice it's loose, but not too loose. It is tight enough to show off his pecs. And oh what fine pecs they be. Ratmom, sv, Unckid, Domi, Mrs. M. move over. Boy it's getting crowded in here. Love how they both try to open the door handle. You’d think that sort of thing would be worked out in the script. Or in the run through.

Special thanks to Katie for all of the time and hard work she has put into these Continuity Queen posts!
